Amy Brown Property Assistant Expand Amy previously worked for P3 as a Street Outreach Worker. Amy joined Doorway in March 2019 as a Tom's Place Worker, her role has now changed to Property Assistant.
Carol Gallagher Chief Executive Officer Expand Carol has been with Doorway since January 2004, prior to this she worked at North Warwickshire Borough Council and Bromford Housing.
Carol Haden Project Worker Expand Carol first came to Doorway as a volunteer in 2013. Carol is now a full time Doorway Project Worker and is very often the first person the young people see at Doorway as she is based in our reception. Carol manages public and business donations and is actively involved in fundraising and promoting Doorway in the local community.
Emma Jones Health and Wellbeing Worker Expand Emma first came to Doorway as a volunteer in 2013. Her BA in Sociology gave her a good foundation in understanding the challenges faced by homeless young people. Emma is responsible for co-ordinating our Lifewise programme, Young People's Group and many other activities such as the garden project, to increase young people's well-being. Emma's post was created following consultation with young people and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
Gill Harris Finance Officer Expand Gill joined Doorway in September 2020. She has previously worked for Coventry Cathedral and Zoe's Place Baby Hospice.
Hana Sodha Kasu Housing Support Worker Expand Hana joined Doorway in May 2005 from Ashram Housing where she was employed as a support worker. This post is funded by BBC Children in Need to work exclusively with young people aged 16 - 18 years. Hana can converse in several different Asian languages which has been useful on occasions.
Joanne Dunn Housing Needs Advisor Expand Jo joined Doorway in November 2016 from Orbit Housing and previously worked for Bromford Housing. She also has responsibility for processing young people's rent accounts and ensuring our private landlords are paid. This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

Lyndsey Stockley Support Service Manager Expand Lyndsey started at Doorway as a support worker in September 2002 coming from a background in youth work and was appointed to her current role in November 2011. The local authority Housing Related Support contract was awarded to St Basils who have a service level agreement with Doorway and Lyndsey works on this service.
Shona Mellor Property Coordinator Expand Shona has been with Doorway since 2005 and previously worked at Coventry Foyer. She is experienced and trained in delivering housing and welfare benefits advice. Shona started her new role in July 2019 funded by Nationwide.
Tracy Tilley Housing Support Worker Expand Tracy joined Doorway in May 2015 from a Chapter 1 accommodation based project where she had been a support worker. This post is funded through the ASH project to specifically help people with mental health needs to live independently.
