Doorway Sleep Out

Doorway held its first ever sleep out on a cold, wet night on Friday 15th November 2019.

Over 40 brave people challenged themselves to sleep rough with only cardboard and tarpaulin for protection on a tarmac floor next to Nuneaton Borough Football Club pitch. 

Tarpaulin was blowing off the cardboard, sleeping bags and clothing got wet, but that didn't deter everyone from swapping their warm beds to see what if felt like to sleep rough.  

Doorway wish to thank everyone who participated in what was a challenging night.   

So far we have raised just over £7.000 and sponsorship money is still coming in.  We will let you know the final total in due course.
