Donations in Kind

We are always delighted to receive gifts for our young people, but sometimes we can't accept what you offer us due to restrictive storage space at our offices. However there is space for smaller items such as bedding, toiletries, towels, cleaning items. We do request that all items are new, since this an important part of the process of resettlement is about restoring pride and sense of worth.

Doorway is indebted to the generosity and encouragement of our funders and supporters which enables us to continue our work with homeless young people. We’d like to also express our appreciation to all the individuals, voluntary groups, churches, trusts, local organisations, schools and colleges who have given their time, gifts of money and goods, raised sponsorship, attended our events or volunteered in support of our work. Although we do not have space to mention each one individually, we do want to thank them for their valuable contribution to the work of Doorway.
