Welcome to Doorway

We are a small independent charity working with vulnerable young people to:

• Resolve their immediate housing crisis.
• Define any problems underlying their housing crisis.
• Re-establish positive family contact where appropriate.
• Assist young people who want to return home.
• Learn independent living skills.
• Support the transition to independence.
• Obtain relevant statutory services and entitlements.
• Motivate and assist them to find training and employment opportunities.
• Prevent homelessness by raising awareness of the issues through school sessions.
